What will your typical day look like?

As a co-op student in the Office of the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO), you will help to deliver high-priority strategic projects for Deloitte Canada and support the firm's strategy and innovation leaders.

Within the Catalyst North team, you will help the Strategy and Innovation team manage a broad portfolio of cross-business assets and support the product/asset teams across the product development life cycle. The development of national communications initiatives and campaigns increasing awareness of tech assets across the firm to accelerate Go-To-Market efforts, as well as internal marketing campaigns (such as video demonstrations, brochures, one-pagers, and more) are all critical elements of this role. We would also look for you to offer general support to ongoing asset initiatives including project management organization, development of executive decks and formation of training awareness sessions.

Within the Deloitte Ventures team, you will help Deloitte make meaningful equity investments in early-stage companies that can dramatically revolutionize the marketplace and Deloitte's business in the long term. You will help identify, support, and analyze new investment opportunities as they arise. You will make sure that Ventures is well activated through both internal operational initiatives with the support of senior leaders at the Firm, as well as assist external initiatives with Start-ups, Incubators, Venture Capital Funds, and select Law Firms. As part of this role, you will also have the opportunity to suggest and contribute to any net new ideas and initiatives that might further expand and help grow the Deloitte Ventures mandate.
