The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 CAD per year . The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

THE ROLE
As the Concierge Manager, you will lead the team to:
- Optimize the performance in each channel
- Sell clothes, deliver world-class service, and build loyal client relationships
- Ensure the world-class delivery of sales, solution, and service expertise
- Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzia's brand and elevate our commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury experiences
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Concierge Manager has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself

- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
