We're looking for a passionate individual to lead, grow, and develop our Engineering team. You will be reporting to the Head of Engineering and working closely closely with our Team Leads and Product Managers to coach, mentor and oversee all aspects of the team’s performance. This includes conducting 1 on 1s, setting project and quarterly goals, and contributing to product strategies from a technical perspective. Working with other managers, you will be identifying, developing, and rolling out process improvements across multiple teams to improve project efficiency and timelines.
You have a strong technical background and are not afraid to get your hands dirty with coding when needed, but you also have a strong desire in helping others grow in their technical career. The team's success is your success.
