As a Financial Service Associate you will provides sales support to assigned Commercial Banking Managers in managing their portfolios and maximizing their productivity by providing administrative support and high quality customer service to customers. As a member of the CIBC Commercial Banking team, syou may be assisting the Manager, Commercial Banking with specialized knowledge in credit, investments, small business or other areas identified to meet client needs.
How You'll Succeed
• Client Engagement - Service the financial needs of clients in partnership with the Manager(s) and coordinate transactional needs of customers. Assist Commercial Banking walk-in clients with their requests during times when the Manager is not available and resolve customer issues, concerns and/or problems promptly. • Problem Solving - Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client's shoes. Act like an owner by taking accountability for client issues, and know when to lean on others to find solutions. • Organizational Skills - Assist the Manager by booking client appointments, uncovering sales opportunities and preparing client files using tools required to provide the ideal client experience Who You Are
