What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Benefits Consultant or Sr Consultant, expect that no two days will be quite the same; that each day will bring new opportunities to learn, grow, and serve our clients; and move forward our overarching mission of providing job opportunities for emerging and experienced Indigenous professionals in the technology space.
Your responsibilities will include:
• assisting with system configuration
• preparing functional design documents, and
• developing support documentation to meet both current and future business needs.
You will be involved throughout the entire Dayforce Benefits implementation process, including testing, troubleshooting, and providing training to clients on Dayforce Benefits module features.

Our ideal candidate:
• self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
• has 3+ years' experience in Benefits or Benefits implementation with Dayforce
• has in-depth knowledge of benefits setup, testing, and deployment of benefits features within Dayforce.
• has the ability to address and resolve system issues related to benefits administration, eligibility and enrollments.
• can evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend system enhancements to clients to increase efficiency and accuracy in benefits administration
• has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record in managing client relationships, providing clear guidance, and managing expectations
• demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
• is familiar with or willing to learn generative AI tools
Total Rewards
The salary range is $58,000 - $102,000 for Consultants and $80,000 - $138,000 for Senior Consultants, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. R8dius is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
