Your Winter 2019 Student/Co-Op Program is an exciting and rigorous 4 or 8 month program available to both undergraduate and recent graduate students. Business Analyst - Broadband Networks - Innovation & Programs

Your responsibilities will include dashboard administration, survey administration, project management & communications. You will collaborate with stakeholders in both consumer & business to drive operational excellence & process improvements.

This role provides you with an opportunity to be at the forefront of driving change to expand business capabilities within the Canadian Wireless market. We are looking for an energetic Sales Support Specialist to join the NBS team for a 4-month work term.

If you are looking for a chance to learn about the inner workings of Business to Business (B2B) sales, and support a national team with the tools, data and insights they require to succeed, this may be the opportunity for you.

You will act as a front line liaison between our sales teams and our internal marketing functions including custom pricing, customer database management and marketing operations; facilitate the development of customized wireless pricing for negotiations between customers and sales teams; own the upkeep and ongoing management of a customer database, including verification of data; & develop reports and provide analysis on Sales team interactions and behaviours to drive insights on how TELUS can more effectively attack the market.
